Solving the issue of PI Server not detected in PI-ICU (when trying to assign it as a Host or "target PI Server")

I was trying to setup new PI interface ie. PI to PI

Stucked where i could not find my target PI Server in the ICU.

This is the culprit !! 

Missing desired PI Server in PI-ICU

Performing KST refresh by going to Tools > Loading
