1. Steve from Canary was kind enough to grant me 30days license. So my Canary installation on laptop is fully functional for 30 days.. yay !!
2. Steve also guided me through on how to enable OPC Historical Data Access (HDA) Server.. by default it is not running automatically.. just go to Services.msc and enable it.. simple..
3. I have successfully read data using 3rd party tools ie. MatrikonOPC HDA Explorer to prove that data flow via OPC HDA works wonderfully..

| Always prove test that 3rd party is able to grab data. Seeing is believing. Now OPC HDA function is fully tested. |
